What Did You Wear on New Year's Eve? - FOTD and OOTD

Oh my God, it has been such a beautiful year, 2012 was. So many things happened, so many experiences gained, so many laugh, tears, kiss, hugs, and love all around, and i can't believe i have to face yet another new year. So excited, though!

I was inspired to do this post after re-watching the video of Zooey Deschanel and Joseph-Gordon Levitt singing "What Are You Doing New Year's Eve?". They can make such cute and amazing couple, and i bet if they mate they'll make not only beautiful, but also talented babies!

This year i managed to spend New Year's Eve (NYE) with my boyfie, watching fireworks. Watching fireworks have been my favourite activity during NYE, and i love photographing it, too. But this year i decided not to take photos of the fireworks and enjoyed it instead.  Here's some pictures of fireworks that i managed to capture last year's NYE.

Actually there is other one that managed to be featured in "Hai" magazine, but i totally forget where did i save that picture -_____-"

Okay, the main purpose of this post is not for showing these fireworks photograph (altough you have to admit they are kinda cool, right?!). Today i am going to share with you what i wore on NYE!

I was not doing too much makeup, but i really want to look somehow "polished". The eye makeup is mainly brown on the crease just to create an illusion of a deeper crease. The eyeshadow is very shimmery in the inner corner, lids, and also the browbone.

Products used:
- Revlon Colorstay Foundation in Natural Beige
- Revlon Microfine Loose Powder
-elf eyelid primer
- 120 color eyeshadow palette BH Cosmetics
- My Darling Eyeliner
- Fake eyelashes from local brand B'Paris
- Maybelline Unstoppable Mascara in Black
- Viva Fin Touch Blush On (can you believe this blush on costs me like 3.000 rupiahs only?!)
- Dallas Blushon by Benefit for contouring
- NYX Tinted Lip Spa in "Vintage"

OMG i have so much facial hair!

Picture spams:

I LOVE LOVE LOVE  Revlon Colorstay Foundation, it's giving me such flawless finish!

Since i'll be watching the fireworks, there is no way i would wear a mini dress. So i took my black sheer top, jeans and paired nude heels with a nude clutch.

I am not a fashion blogger, by the way. But i do love fashion.

Please forgive the rigid and awkward pose, but hey that's the name of this blog, what do you expect? #tryingtobepunny #fail

Sometimes i do think "Less is More"

Black sheer top: Forever 21
Basic Jeans : Guess
Nude Heels : Amante Shoes ( http://amantestore.com/products/amante/shoes/peeptoe/hl8g68005-1-black/hl8g68005-1-champagn )
Clutch: Unbranded

Earrings: Gift from Korean friend

This is the close-up look of the earrings, it was such a cool earring because... well just look at it. This is somehow the only accessory that i wore on NYE along with my watch.

That's it! I hope you enjoy this post, and have a blast in this New Year!!
